Hannan Division - USNSCC

Hannan Division is a navy based youth organization based in Ferndale, Michigan. Their goal is to teach our future generations the abilities to lead and be responsible contributing members of society. Aside from the invaluable moral and ethical instruction they receive, they also are given opportunities to travel the world and country on trainings with the United States Navy. Hannan Division has been around since 1960 and is a well respected Sea Cadet Division in the state.

A simple web presence
Hannan Division leadership wanted a new, but simple, web presence, I gave them just that; a sleek, stylish, simply, yet classy web presence. Complete with a content management system, image galleries and a secured section for documents and training materials.

Forging a life-long friendship
I forged ahead with our relationship by conducting an in depth analysis of their organization. My analysis allowed us to have a drastic impact on communication. By effectively increasing communication, not only could they save money, but they would reach out to their respective members more easily. I implemented an email campaign, and eliminated their mass-snail mail mailings, saving them nearly a thousand dollars a year in postage alone! Not to mention ink, paper, envelopes and most importantly, time.
